Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Avantcool. We hope you love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:
  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect:
  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Swimwear (unless defective/incorrect—photo proof required)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
How to Return an Item
  1. Contact our Customer Service team at service@avantcool.com​ to start the return process and receive a Return Authorization and correct return address.
  2. Securely package the item with all original materials and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  3. Ship your return using a trackable method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days. Processing times vary by payment provider (e.g., PayPal: up to 3 business days; credit cards: 7–14 business days).
  • Original shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different item, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@avantcool.com​ with your order number and photos/video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations requested more than 24 hours after purchase but before shipment are subject to a 15% handling fee.
  • Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
Important Notes
  • Do not ship returns to any address printed on your parcel—always obtain the correct return address from our team.
  • Please double-check your order and shipping information before placing it. We produce many items on demand, and cancellations may incur fees.
  • Promotional discounts or coupons used on the original order are not refunded.
